2019 Audi etron

There couldn't be a more fitting name for Audi's latest all-electric vehicle than the e-tron. The 2019 Audi e-tron is an electronic vehicle with a 204-mile range. It produces a massive 402 horsepower.

The 2019 Audi e-tron bears the iconic Audi style with slightly sharper features to denote its unique electronic ability.

Unlike the standard vehicle fleet, the 2019 Audi e-tron is a made-to-order vehicle with limited production. It must be reserved in order to purchase and obtain your very own 2019 Audi e-tron.

If you are new to electric vehicles, there may be a learning curve at first but what is important to understand is that the Audi e-tron can be charged both at home or on the go at any one of the 16,000 charging stations.

Let's take a deeper look at what makes the Audi e-tron and what anyone who signs up to reserve a 2019 Audi e-tron will get.

What lies under the hood is what makes the 2019 Audi e-tron so unique and sets it apart from the other vehicles in the Audi fleet. Unlike a typical gas-powered vehicle, there are two asynchronous electric motors in the e-tron, one on each axle.

The Audi e-tron is the only electric SUV built by Audi and its two asynchronous electric motors produce a combined 402 horsepower. It generates this massive amount of horsepower using a 95 kWh battery that is integrated into the floor of the passenger compartment. If you are in a hurry, the dual asynchronous electric motors can quickly charge and give 54 miles of range with just a 10-minute charge.

That is an impressive charge time considering the first iterations of electric vehicles took hours and hours to charge.

The battery is strategically placed in order to lower the SUVs center of gravity. The 95 kWh battery is designed to work with both home chargers and on the go high-voltage public DC fast chargers. The battery has also undergone extensive crash testing by Audi and it utilizes a honeycomb structure in order to keep the battery protected in an accident. It can also be charged to 80% capacity in just 30 minutes thanks to advanced cell technology. The Audi e-tron battery also features its own cooling system dedicated to keeping the battery at the optimal temperature and guarantee consistent performance.

So exactly what can the 2019 Audi e-tron do when it comes to performance? Well, the all-electric engine can produce 402 horsepower and go from 0 to 60 mph in 5.5 seconds. The boost feature allows the engine to draw extra power temporarily from the battery when it is needed.

The 2019 Audi e-tron is an all-wheel-drive vehicle and each motor is designed to carefully distribute the right amount of power to each wheel and keep it performing without losing traction no matter the road conditions.

The 2019 Audi e-tron is loaded to the brim with technology and advanced computing that govern the dual electric motors. The interior features an Audi MMI touch response system that has a 10.-inch screen for displaying navigation, entertainment, and ride information for monitoring the batteries and the vehicles performance.

The 2019 Audi e-tron also features Audi Virtual Cockpit Plus that replaces the traditional instrument panel with a high definition instrument display with digital gauges capable of displaying not only important information such as speed and battery power but also GPS map navigation. The accompanying myAudi app also allows a significant amount of personalization and control over the e-tron with a growing suite of services.

The exterior of the 2019 Audi e-tron is both beautiful and well designed for driver comfort and fuel efficiency. By having a streamlined design, wind drag can be reduced to improve fuel efficiency. The vehicle's sleek contours are highlighted by the LED headlight and taillight designs that are both sharp and bright. The headlights can automatically turn off the high beams when it senses a vehicle is oncoming.

Audi has taken a bold step by introducing the all-electric 2019 Audi e-tron to the SUV market. In order to help encourage drivers to go electric, there is a federal tax credit up to $7,500 as well as additional financial incentives to purchase the 2019 Audi e-tron depending on the state. The government is encouraging drivers to go electric and Audi is a great company to purchase your first electric vehicle from due to their previous reputation for high quality and affordable vehicles.
